  • All signers must have either an unexpired government issued form of identification or 2 credible witnesses.

  • Accepted IDs: State driver’s license, State ID card, Passport, Passport card or Military ID

  • All documents must be completed in their entirety prior to the notarization  

  • Please do not sign documents before you are in the presence of a notary

  • Please note that each notarial appointment is unique in its own way.  (Fees are variable based on venue, distance, appointment duration, type of document, urgency, witnesses, and number of notarial acts)

  • All booked appointments will require a booking fee (fee applied towards total)

  • Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment (non-refundable booking fee)
